New project
Phases are timeline events tied to a % threshold (e.g. “Trailer release” at 95%). Give a phase a date and the public page shows a live countdown to the nearest upcoming one; the release date takes over afterwards.
Phases / timeline events
Name · threshold % · optional date. Project enters a phase once progress reaches its threshold. Optional button: when the phase date passes, its countdown turns into a glowing link button (e.g. “Watch the trailer”).
Updates
Each update can carry photos (auto-compressed) and an optional % weight — how much of the project this step represents. Shown publicly as “+X%”.
